SERVICE:
Our Service offers downloads of digital versions of tickets, audio recordings, artwork and meta information relating to such audio recordings; as well as physical compact discs, merchandise and other content (herein referred to as, “ARTIST MEDIA”).

RIGHTS GRANTED:
Upon your payment of our fees for ARTIST MEDIA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the ARTIST MEDIA for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the Terms of Conditions. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the ARTIST MEDIA only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.

RESTRICTIONS:
You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the ARTIST MEDIA or other use. You agree not to infringe the rights of the ARTIST MEDIA’s copyright owners and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the ARTIST MEDIA. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer or use the ARTIST MEDIA. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for the ARTIST MEDIA. You acknowledge that the ARTIST MEDIA embodies the intellectual property of a third party and is protected by law. You agree that we have no liability to you for ARTIST MEDIA you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (Downloading and Risk of Loss):
All sales of ARTIST MEDIA are final. We do not accept returns of ARTIST MEDIA. Once you have purchased ARTIST MEDIA, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of ARTIST MEDIA you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash. Any physically damaged ARTIST MEDIA specifically and only related to Compact Discs and merchandise caused solely by shipping may be replaced. You agree to ship damaged ARTIST MEDIA back to our warehouse. Once we have received it and verified the damage, we will ship out a replacement. You are responsible for any damage to ARTIST MEDIA not caused by our shipping partners.

DIGITAL SAFEGUARDS:
For your convenience, you have 3 days and 3 attempts to download ARTIST MEDIA in case of computer malfunction or rare website errors. If you are unable to complete a download after the time limit, please contact us by using our contact form found on this site and we will help you get your purchase as quickly as possible.

ELIGIBLE, DAMAGED REPLACEMENTS:
You are eligible for product replacements when meeting its specific conditions set forth above within 10 business days for receiving the item. After 10 business days, we cannot honor that request as it is much more difficult to prove that the damage was from shipping.

PURCHASED TICKETS:
Conditions of Sale – The purchase of any and all tickets are each a revocable license to the bearer only and may be revoked at any time for any reason. The holder of any ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, artists, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued. No re-admissions. No cameras or recording devices are permitted. All tickets are purchased at risk of inclement weather. Management is not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at the event for which this ticket grants admission. Time, date, and location of event may be subject to change. Tickets will not be replaced or exchanged for any reason. Refunds will only be given if the event cannot be rescheduled if it is canceled for any reason. Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable, even if event is cancelled or rescheduled.

To replace your order, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by using the Contact Form found on this website (https://www.chadbeall.com/contact/). Include your name, email, order number, daytime phone, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. We will send you an email acknowledgment and answer any questions you may have.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email to return your order. Please pack the item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent. Be sure to write your Return Authorization Number on the original packing slip and include it in the package.
  4. We’ll notify you when we receive the package and we will promptly notify you when the replacement item is shipped back out.

ORDERING:
Online: After adding products to your shopping cart, you can add, remove, or change quantities for individual items. When you are ready to checkout, follow the “checkout” button in the shopping cart to conduct your transaction on locally on the site or on PayPal’s secure server. Nothing will be billed to your credit card until you complete the checkout process.

SECURITY AND PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using industry level standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software from Let’s Encrypt, which encrypts all the information you input. Our site’s checkout form requires users to give us contact information like their name, email address, physical address and credit card information. We use customer contact information from the checkout form to ensure any purchase is successful and to send the user information about their purchase. Some examples include payment information, invoices, and links to digital purchases. The information collected here will not be sold to anyone, at any time, ever.

Stripe: Processing credit cards directly on this site is managed by Stripe. The credit card data entered into the payment form is never sent to our server. Instead, the data is sent directly to Stripe. Stripe is PCI compliant which makes us PCI compliant. Again, we do not store any credit card information on our site, ever.

PayPal: We accept any method of payment that PayPal accepts. Please visit their terms and conditions located on their website. You can safely enter your credit card number on their secure server, which encrypts all transmitted information using industry-standard SSL technology.

SHIPPING:
We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly, and we will do everything possible to get it to you as promptly as possible. We ship all orders received by 3PM MST within 2-3 business days, assuming all items are in stock. Out of stock items will ship immediately once available. We will email you once items are available. Currently, we only offer First Class and Priority Mail shipping from USPS. All shipping charges are based table rates and we also apply a small packaging charge to each order.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are Not Included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
